Beyond the Owner's Rep Role

Our core Owner's Representative practice is about independent advocacy — we manage projects on your behalf without a stake in the construction process. This is something different.

With years of hands-on experience in timber framing and mass timber systems, we offer a separate, specialized service: managing the design and erection of timber structures from concept through raising. This is engaged, technical work — not oversight from the sidelines.

These services are offered as standalone engagements, separate from our Owner's Representative practice — ensuring there is never a conflict of interest between the two roles.

Timber Services

From early design input to the final bent being raised, we bring technical knowledge and field experience to every timber project.

Timber Frame Design Coordination

We work alongside your engineer and architect to develop the timber frame system — framing layout, bent design, joinery details, and connection strategy — ensuring the structural vision translates cleanly into a buildable reality.

Mass Timber & CLT Systems

Experience with cross-laminated timber, glulam, and hybrid mass timber systems. We coordinate design, shop drawing review, fabrication oversight, and sequencing to keep your mass timber project on track and on spec.

Erection Management

On-site management of the timber raising — crew coordination, crane sequencing, connection verification, and safety oversight. We've been on the decks and know what it takes to run a clean, safe erection.

Traditional Timber Framing

Heavy timber, post and beam, and traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery for custom residential and commercial projects. We understand the craft as well as the construction, bringing both to the table.

SIPs Construction

Structural Insulated Panel systems offer exceptional energy performance and rapid enclosure. We coordinate design, panel fabrication, and on-site erection — ensuring tight tolerances, proper detailing, and a building envelope that performs as designed.

Heavy Timber

Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT)
